Security & Privacy at NouiLife®
This page is maintained by NouiLife® to answer common security and privacy questions about our wearable bladder monitoring solution. It describes current, app-visible practices and is not an independent certification or audit.
Shared responsibility
NouiLife® is delivered as a clinical-grade wearable plus accompanying software. Security and privacy are a shared responsibility between NouiLife® (the application owner), our underlying hosting platform, and the care provider deploying the system.
Access & authentication
Access to NouiLife® dashboards and patient-related data requires authenticated sessions. Role-based access is enforced server-side so that clinicians, administrators, and partners only see information appropriate to their role.
Data collection & use
We collect only the data necessary to support non-invasive bladder monitoring and the associated clinical workflows. Sensor readings are processed to support care decisions and comparative effectiveness research; we do not sell personal data.
Hosting & platform
NouiLife® runs on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Production data is logically isolated per deployment. This page does not assert any specific third-party certification on behalf of the underlying platform.
Retention & deletion
Customer-controlled records can be deleted on request, subject to applicable medical record retention obligations agreed with each care provider.
